Sebastian is just a normal second grader at Hubbell Elementary School when he meets Kate, a ghost who's apparently been haunting his school since 1909. Sebastian and his friend Jacob must use all their resources to do what they can to help her. Along the way, they face challenges from flying ducks, teenagers, hot dogs with a mind of their own and a principal who just wants to have a peaceful school celebration.
