The book
The book describes the postures, mainly taken from the Yang Cheng- Fu form of Taiji both moving and static with the help of photographs and diagrams, and explains the health benefits that go with each posture. The author has made every effort to describe the exercises in as simple a way as possible. If you are a novice you should find the video ÒTai Chi For EveryoneÓ a useful accompaniment to the book.
