I love eggs!!! But there are only so many different ways you can fix them, or so I thought. One day I was searching the internet for different ways to cook an egg and to my surprise, I found 201 different ways to fix an egg. Hence the title of the book "201 Ways to Fix an Egg."
I thought to myself, IÕm sure there are other people in this world that are tired of fixing eggs the same ole way, so I decided to share what I had discovered. This book has recipes, not only from the United States, but countries all over the World. Some of the different ways to fix an egg are in drinks, casseroles and sandwiches. You also have your regular everyday ways to fix an egg such as basting, scrambled, fried and poached.
Even though I stopped at 201 ways, there were still a lot more out there. So, the next time you want a new way to fix an egg, just look in here and you will be surprised at the many ways you can fix a single egg.
