2184 GENERATION WAR is a miniatures skirmish game whereby 2 to 4 players fight each other for power and glory in various theatres of operations. The objectives are varied and can be linked into campaigns spanning several games if you so desire.
You will choose one Faction among the 7 that are available, and you will make it more and more powerful over the course of the game.
2184 is based on a game engine that is both extremely fluid and easy to get into. It is the perfect game to introduce newcomers to the pleasure of miniatures wargaming or to share the same pleasure with family and friends. The simplicity of the rules, based upon a unique and ingenious system, helps maintaining the tactical interest over a series a games. The possibility of implementing a storyline (in RPG-like fashion) and of observing the evolution of your chosen Faction will enhance the gaming pleasure.
In campaign mode, you can set a number of victories to achieve in order to win. But nothing prevents you from playing each scenario individually.
