Immunization programs focus on increasing uptake of routine infant and preschool immunization as well as routine immunization across an individualÕs lifespan. The overall expected outcomes are to improve coverage rates for routine immunizations, reduce incidences and outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases, and the development of an enhanced immunization surveillance system.
