Adult Community Living programs support persons served with developmental, cognitive, physical and/ or emotional disabilities live in the community independently. These programs provide a range of services that match the needs of the person served to live in a living environment that is of their choosing. The nature of services will vary and will support the person served to have autonomy of their life choices, support interests, and to promote the development of social networks.
