IT can be a fun experiment to imagine your feelings as people, or characters. What would they be like? It might even change the way you react to them. If you imagine jealousy to be a talking rabbit who wears a tracksuit, then you might just offer him a carrot and send him on his way instead of feeling bitter about his hanging around and spoiling your fun.
