The idea for this book was born out of my experience as a cancer survivor for more than ten years now and my nutritionist's approval of my recipes that avoid all artificial preservatives, colorings and taste as well as sodium, cholesterol, fatty and sugary foods using only the best nutrition that is accepted by most doctors as the diets that are known to promote the longest life and highest quality of life and best health.
