When a teacher retires an entire storehouse of knowledge is often lost. Now a retired educator has reproduced her storehouse of knowledge about teacher quality and classroom practices.
The "Journey" begins at a place called ÒComplianceÓ and ends at a destination named ÒCommunity.Ó During three ÒstopsÓ on the journey, eighteen principles in three core areas critical to teacher quality are examined. The workbook contains proven time-saving worksheets, templates, workshop ideas,one-on-one teacher support materials - all created by an experienced coach.
