This is a story base on the authorÕs thirty-six years serving the public as a Sheriff, a Road Cop, an Undercover Operative, an Investigator and eventually Supervisor of Investigations for all of Northwest Indiana. This area included Gary, Indiana a city known at one time to be the murder capital of the U.S.
