There are a host of foreign legal terms that are exclusively restricted to the confines of the court, while some others, through the naturalness, frequency and popularity of usage, may still be found outside the domain of the law.
For this reason therefore, the latter, i.e. the double-tongued foreign legal terms, which tend to be more or less familiar to the generality of the readers, will form the first part of this handbook; while the former, i.e. those strictly foreign legal terms, whose technical application naturally falls outside the comprehension scope of the general readership, are presented in the latter part of this work.
It is the writerÕs hope that all those persons in the legal profession will find this handbook quite handy as a useful reference in the course of their respective practice; while those readers with little or no knowledge of the law and its registers, will find this piece as a direct inlet towards a better appreciation of the legal profession.
