This work spans over 13 generations (1600-1990) including the life histories of his parents Christian and Elisebeth Hansen as well as the descendants of his four wives Maria Larsen, Annie Christensen, Lydia Reeder and Caroline Funk. This work covers his birth early Utah in 1856, his mission to Denmark, his family and his agricultural prowess in breeding Rambouilette sheep and Percheron horses as well as the cheese making industry of early Utah, his insurance business: Bear River Mutual, his involvement as a vice president at The First National Bank in Logan, Utah, his stint as a senator in the Utah State Legislature, and finally his death in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1927.
