A Journal of Care is designed to help you keep all of your or your loved one's medical information in one place, appointments, surgeries, allergies, medication and more. We also wanted it kept to a size that was easy enough to carry in a purse or backpack while getting from car to doctors office and back. I feel the final product exceeds those expectations.
