The Chinese discovered that there are many healing points on your body called acupuncture points and that every illness or pain that you suffer from is linked to your feelings.
Each of these points belongs to lines on your body called meridians. These lines are made of energy and are a bit like having electricity cables running around your body. There are twelve body meridians and two extra meridians that form lines in your body.
