A meal for Jessie was inspired by my brother Jessie Jones. He was diagnosed with Mild Moderate Retardation when he was three years old. Although, he has this dignoses, Jessie has always shown a strong level of independence, and eagerness to learn. We found that cooking with Jessie was a very enjoyable activity for him as well as a wonderful tool to teach him the everyday basic skill that he needs to function in the world.
