A Piece of the Pie is a collection of stories written by Ms. ArriolaÕs 2A English class that are based on true stories about real people. We interviewed people important to us to learn about their stories and how they lived with purpose. There are so many different stories and perspectives highlighted in this anthology that we learn from by reading them. We believe these stories can help shed light to issues faced by different groups of people in our society, and also inspire personal growth and perseverance through struggle.
