This is a collection of anonymous questions and my responses from my blog. I started out with over a thousand entires. I chose the responses that say the most about what I believe and about what I want for all of you. Any repetition in this book is on purpose. Certain responses will resonate with you more than others. The entries were written over the course of five years. They are not in chronological order.
This is about you loving yourself, you choosing yourself, you remembering your strength, you letting go, you being the center of your own universe, you finding the light in the darkness, and most of all, you knowing that you are not alone. You are never alone. I hope that my words connect with you wherever you are on your journey to yourself. This book is for you. Write in it, underline, cross out, scribble and mark it up to make it yours.
