A Tale For Perfect Paul is a graphic memoir, relaying a childhood of long stretches of near-blindness as lived through an adulthood of confused identity and strange happenings. The tale follows a downed pilot lost in a deserted land, and through a series of snapshots emerges a tale of arriving from there to here, a personal account of what happened along the way in growing to live more in the present and less in the past. Along the way, the pilot uncovers a deeper sense of the complexity of people and a respect for the mindÕs ability to protect itself.
