Composed during Jensen's time in Copenhagen, this waltz was dedicated to the Danish ballerina Caroline Fjeldsted, the wife of the virtuoso cellist Christian Kellermann. Part of our new series of publications of Jensen's complete music for solo piano, the work is presented here in a new critical Urtext edition along with a full editorial commentary.
