Are you ready for Advanced Muscle Breathing? It's ready for you with loads of tips, tricks and plugins! You probably found my discovery through word of mouth. Maybe you heard of Muscle Breathing through a friend, praising its virtues. That your friend got results was enough for you.

You are ready for the advanced workout. There are four positions to workout in; they all have pluses and minuses. Sitting with your eyes closed is the default position for Muscle Breathing. It works but when you feel that you are ready to branch out, try other positions. Try out different workout routines.

We are trying working out a split routine at present. A natural split is upper and lower body. Drop sets are a popular weights workout for a good reason - they produce results. You may choose to do 3 reps for each muscle, then 2 and then 1. Any combination is possible.
