This is the second in the Kathleen Kelly (Bewley) series. The first instalment (Through Fire and Water) traces her adventures from 1915 until 1923. This second novel picks up the story in 1929 up until 1939. It was a colourful period of English history which bore witness to a mighty move of God among the working class people of northern England. This little book pays homage to the young men and women who proclaimed with boldness and integrity, the "unsearchable riches of Christ."
