Aspen Lee isnÕt a huge fan of dealing with people. Not to say that she doesnÕt have friends, but ever since her parents moved to Philadelphia, her classmates have annoyed her more than they have been friendly. Probably because she would rather listen to Taylor Swift and read her historical fiction novels, as opposed to gossiping with some thirteen-year-olds who collectively share three brain cells.
However, an accidental Òrun-inÓ sends her and one of the most infuriatingly stupid boys in her class to a world that is not quite like their own. Well, technically, it is their world, except a bit older. She must use every drop of patience she has, because her new companion has a knack for getting on her nerves. Will she be able to overcome the challenges that are thrust upon her? Will her wits be enough to save them both? Or will frustration get the better of her?
She and her new partner-in-crime, Leo, must work together in order to get back home. But, as Aspen soon learns, that is easier said than done.
