AI chatbots have become essential marketing tools in everyday business operations. ChatGPT-type applications are disrupting all disciplines, from STEM to non-STEM, impacting not only education but also commercial research. Academics must strive to develop new pedagogies, enhancing the delivery of subjects, assessment strategies, feedback systems, and research methodologies. AI tools have evolved and will replace traditional learning, teaching (L&T), and assessment methods, making them suitable for future AI-skilled generations. It's time to engage youth in positive L&T activities where students and AI can collaborate, reducing silos in STEM and non-STEM disciplines and fostering a more innovative and conducive business environment.
