The small publishers Ribage and Merit, hoping that the comic sales in the post-Korean Conflict / Atomic Age world, each began putting out comics in the mid 50s. By the end of 1955 they were gone, each accounting for three short-lived titles one of which was shared between the two. SECRET MYSTERIES was a high-quality mystery/suspense titles, utilizing the talents of comics professionals of the day such ad Edvard Moritz, Rudy Palais, Tony Tallarico and others. The stories were well-paced and fine examples of the genre during this era. These were original stories when published and most have never been reprinted since! It only took about 65 years, but this complete series is available in one great book --- but that's what we do at Gwandanaland and Midcentury ComicsTM Ð we keep the past in print!
