Mental Illness is a disease comparable to any other disease. It cannot be cured. But with the right treatment you can live with it. If you suspect you have it, donÕt be ashamed to seek help.

ItÕs hard to know if someone close to you is Mentally Ill, but there are warning signs. However, they are sometimes so subtle they go unnoticed. I wrote this book mostly for you, so that if you see unusual behavior in someone you love, you will not hesitate to get help for them. In some cases it may be a matter of life or death, that of your loved one, or someone else that they may hurt while they are out of control.
