In February of 1942 Nedor Comics published the first issue of AmericaÕs Best Comic. It was an
anthology series starring the Black Terror, Doc Strange, Pyroman, the Woman in Red, Captain Future,
the American Eagle, the Liberator, Mis Masque and others. The series ran for 31 issues. It certainly
had one of the best line ups of characters in comics.
This Giant-Size volume collects issues 1 through 8. Retro Comic Reprints uses the best source
materials we can find. Even after going through an exhaustive search process, the only reproductions
of Issues 3 and 7we could find were from fiche rather than scans.
