An evaluation of home grown Sitka spruce for use as high performance cladding, aims to illustrate the current ignorant under use of home grown Sitka spruce as an external cladding material, through the assessment of the of the home grown timber and subsequent demonstration of its feasible application on contemporary architecture in the UK.
