And So I Write: Confessional Poetry Verses the Madness Is part two in a four part autobiographical poetry series written from 2008 Ð 2015. These four books cover my daily struggle with trying to live a normal life behind my mask; struggling to battle my madness with the written. After writing part one ÒThe Madness: And My Decent Into ItÓ I discovered the therapeutic effects writing had on my ability to get through another day. I started to blog as another outlet to purge the chaos in my mind by simply free writing. I still used my poetry journal chronicling my spiral into insanity. In order to write a true confessional story, each poem contained in this book is arranged in the exact order as my original journal, and remain unedited.
