A book of poems (including haiku) and short stories by Mike Saleeby, with illustrations by Nita Blair and Richard Grassi. Mike lives in Dillon, SC, with his Japanese wife and daughter. He spent many years in Japan, first as an exchange student and then as an English teacher. The author is a graduate of St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, NC. The heart of his style of haiku started in Japan, where he fell in love with traditional haiku, the Land of the Rising Sun itself, and, of course, his lovely wife. Introduction by Ronald H. Bayes of St. Andrews College.
