This book was produced as part of the Animal, Man and Treescapes conference organised by Professor Ian Rotherham and international colleagues. Major themes covered by the event included:the impacts of grazing animals on both upland and lowland wooded landscapes; managing sites with grazing animals; problems and issues of inappropriate grazing; issues around re-wilding landscapes; historic perspectives through landscape history; and issues around current and future management of these historic landscapes.
