This Notes and Exercises Workbook accompanies ASD Cope: A CBT Treatment Manual for Adults on the Autism Spectrum. It includes brief handouts so that clients can work with a therapist, practice exercises in session, and review and practice at home. The Notes and Exercises Workbook includes an introductory session, four sessions focusing on stress management, and four "special sessions" focusing on communication, executive functioning, and how to increase social support.
