Three artists rooted in process associated with artisan-ship who accept some tenants of that history while pushing their disciplineÕs dynamic possibilities in their distinctive artistic voices. All three share a relationship to textile processes, a commonality of their friendships and camaraderie. Their work, rooted in an exuberant materiality, composite surface and illusionary space, extend fixed viewpoints of craft into expanded poetic exploration.
