Baako was born in a tribe that was part of the Asante Empire, in Africa. His father, Kofi, together with his family, had a very important role in their village, and they were known for their powerful and leader ancestors. Throughout generations, they were in charge of making sure that the village was safe, and that it was kept under control. When Baako was born, there were high expectations on him and he was ready to make his ancestors proud. However, one day, when Baako and his family least expected it, a visit of a group of strangers who they had never seen before, completely changed their life.
