BACKHAUL is a 14-week research collaboration between Bryan Chu, Jimena Gamio and Juan Karlo Muro on the topic of language. Each final piece moves freely across disciplines and mediums celebrating the synesthetic qualities of language rather than reducing it to its pure form. Twelve pieces have been translated into four broadcasts, with hopes to continue a conversation with our relationship to language.
