At least 26% of adults in the United States pass through mental illness. Yet, for those people, it feels like they are the only one. ÒBeyond the Fog and DarknessÓ, a collection of original poetry which offers comfort, understanding, and spiritual healing, was written for those individuals who are passing through their own dark nights of the mind.
