While on safari in Botswana a little boy called Daniel befriends Biju, the baby elephant. Together they have various adventures, meet other animals, both friendly and dangerous, and learn about friendship, family and each other.
The delightful and innocent stories are beautifully illustrated with hand-drawn full colour illustrations by artist Ulli Modro.
