-blue is a street series which draws inspiration from the are, bure, bokeh style championed by Provoke photographers Yutaka Takanashi, Takuma Nakahira, and Daido Moriyama. It is the first series in a larger exploration of Japanese photography. The name, -blue, comes from the bright blue color of the cross processed negative.
