The ultimate canoe journey taken in 1912 is finally in print. Ernest Oberholtzer and Ojibwe canoe partner Billy Magee traveled, two men in one canoe, to the Barrens and back. After 100 years, Oberholtzer's six journals have been combined, along with excellent footnotes and afterword material, into Bound for the Barrens.
