The cursed members of Boy Scout Troop 192 were just starting to think that things were calming down, and they might just be able to try to lead something resembling a normal life. (Well, as normal as life can be when you suffer from a curse that causes you to change form when you get wet!) But faster then you can say, "Sequel Hook Cliffhanger!" they suddenly found themselves in mortal peril and hiding out in the far away country of Japan.
Now they must adjust to a new life as they live and go to school in an unfamiliar country. And perhaps even more strange than that, they have to adjust to finding themselves living under the same roof as the Porter Sisters, conveniently also now living in Japan! (Shut up, Bill!)
Meanwhile, back home in Massachusetts, what will happen when Kenny and Becker explore strange alternate realities? And what are Martha and her squirrel companions up to at their cabin in the woods?
