Who would have thought that the air we breathe could have a relationship to outer space? It's energy that combines to create the elements of nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide - air. Space is a change subject of the element space. Change is important because it replaces the artificial alternative called time. Light speed is a more powerful measurement than time. Just as nature relies on light to live and breathe, space relies on nature to give life. We think of nature as Mother Nature but that's far short we mean. What does the general nature of nature mean? It means the general nature of everything that has a natural; not just Mother Nature. From the general nature of everything, arises the special recognition of everything as the same; you have seen one then you have seen them all. In this way, there is a spiritual nature that helps you recognise that all natures are the same in everything. A space is available between all breaths to alter it's length, width and depth. We discovered a breathing technique that made me focus on my muscles rather than the usual and automated one. We can learn to harness much power by taking the controls for a brief time daily.
