If you're like me, the thought of writing complete sentences at the end of the day seems overwhelming. Through my work as a health coach, I've heard the awesome benefits of journaling for mental health and stress management, and ,while I've set out with great intentions to journal in my own life, I usually end up falling short.

Enter: bullet point journaling. I had heard of it, and looked for my own and nothing seemed quite like what I was looking for, so I thought, "Hey, I'll just make my own!". The thought of jotting down thoughts vs writing long drawn out sentences, while still bookending my day with gratitude and reflection at night seemed like the perfect, attainable journaling mechanism for me... this is what goal setting is all about- making it easy enough to accomplish, yet difficult enough to feel like you're moving the needle in your progress!

The Bullet Point Reflection journal's intended use is to have 5 week days of morning/evening gratitude and evening reflection. This is followed by a Saturday of reflecting on all of these areas. Finally, Sunday is a day to set your intentions for the week. Both Saturday and Sunday include a place for 3 "bigger picture" focus areas for the week that you can check progress on.

On the weekday reflections, there is a grow and glow for each category, so you can celebrate your wins & acknowledge setbacks you need to troubleshoot for the future. A bit of self-love & a bit of a nudge in the right direction.
