The topic for this thesis is the individualÕs right to privacy as seen in the concept of the inviolability of conscience and its safeguarding against unwarranted intrusion within canon law with particular attention being given to the modern implications of canon 630 ¤5 with respect to the practice of the manifestation of conscience of religious.
