After years in the Human Resources environment, I decided to draw some leadership traits in cats. Although I portray them in a comical way, I believe quality leadership is essential for the success of any organization and encourage all managers to forever continue their leadership education. We in HR have heard all the stories - great bosses, good bosses and Ònot quite ready for the roleÓ bosses. If you have a not-so-perfect leader, I hope your circumstances change soon, as it is not good for your health and I hope a cat or two in the book will bring a smile to your face. I end the book with what I think are some great leadership recommendations and hope they can help those who might need some direction.
