Cemeteries are listed in alphabetical order. Tombstones were surveyed and listed by rows. For the most part, graves were surveyed from left to right, beginning in the southwest corner. For some of the cemeteries, surveys were further divided into sections to facilitate the
identification process.
The following information is included for each cemetery:
Name of cemetery
Land Lot and District
Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates (if available)
Directions to cemetery from nearest permanent intersection, including mileage
Survey notes, including date and number of graves surveyed
Exact wording and spelling from tombstone inscription
