This is a reference book to guide the reader in in the selection of kanji to utilize for a "Name Seal" using Japanese (Tensho style) kanji. These seals are commonly used on Martial Arts Rank certificates.This book is intended to be utilized in conjunction with a copy of the New Nelson's Kanji Dictionary. Though the reader is able to use it with a different Japanese/English dictionary, it will prove to be more awkward.
It is also intended to be used with it's accompanying text "Tensho Examples of Japanese Kanji" (by the same author). This is Book 1 of a 2 volume set.
