CÕest la Vie: A Narrative Anthology is a collection of stories to live by. This book holds fragments of the pivotal moments in the lives of those who wake up every morning and consciously choose to move with a purpose. In these stories we question what it means to live deliberately; to continue, both despite and in response to change.
We were asked to find a person we felt embodied Òliving deliberatelyÓ and assigned the daunting task of carving their stories and all the existence that made them be, into a few pages. So, on we went like young explorers ready to scale the mountainous peaks of the human condition and all that lies between. At the end of our fruitful journey where we toiled with descriptions, deadlines and semicolons, we came together and produced this book. Here you will find strength among grief, love among sorrow and perseverance against odds. We invite you with each story to enter new perspectives, perceive new lessons and move forward both changed and the same, as such is life.
