Since the turn towards the philosophical falsification of Marxism by the Foreign Languages Press, there has been no publicly available printing of the second volume of the Collected Works Of The PCP (Communist Party Of Peru).
With the aid of Red Library, we have formatted and constructed the most comprehensive and accurate version of the second collected works. This version includes several newly uncovered documents of the PCP and huge translation fixes that were not put into place in the FLP version.
