The writings included in this book were read by the author (or authorÕs appointee) at the Combat Paper: Sustainable Fiber Open Reading held on July 26, 2014, at the Northwest Reno Library.
The authors were participants in free workshops hosted by the Northern Nevada Veterans Writing Project in May, June and July, 2014.
The workshops were open to veterans, service members and Gold Star families. They were made possible by the David J Drakulich Art Foundation: For Freedom of Expression and the City of Reno.
