We are the students of Community Building 2015, a course taught at Washington University in St. Louis by Bob Hansman and Andy Raimist. Through a combination of class lectures and neighborhood tours, the course encouraged us to think deeply about St. LouisÕ complex racial past and present. This book, written and designed by us, is our final assignment in the course. We want this book to serve as a reminder of the topics we discussed, the places we visited and the people we got to know. It tells us, ÒDo not forget.Ó
