Complex Catalysts proposes a comprehensive planning framework and five design proposals leveraging the regional economic vitality of the the Truman Sports Complex. Maximizing public transit through Transit Oriented Development, restoring ecological health and water quality through ecologically sensitive design, and supporting robust economic growth through job creation were foundational goals to our vision of eastern Metro Kansas City.
